rplace has evolved since its humble beginnings in 2007. Entrepreneur and stylist Ron Fisher took his many years of experience in the salon business and turned it into a space where stylists could work together using innovative and creative techniques. He wanted the best of both worlds – a salon where stylists could work independently but together in a fun and exciting atmosphere! Ron found the perfect space in the unique, retro and free-spirited community of Vic West.
After three and half years, Ron has found his team of like mind individuals, and who, together, have become an important part of the community.
